"I have done business with State Farm for many years. There have never been any claims on my renter's policy, but my experience with any claims for auto insurance have all been handled well. State Farm has been supportive and direct in helping me with getting my needs taken care of. Recently, my car was badly damaged by a speeding driver. As soon as State Farm got the report, I was contacted. The claims adjusters all explained to me what was happening and what to expect. The car was declared to be totaled, partly because the airbag exploded, but also because of the extensive damage to a 2016 model car. I feel the purchase price settlement for the car was fair. All along, many different employees from claims adjusters to the staff of my agent have been helping me to get over the accident and move on to getting a new car. Right now feel especially grateful to Stacy Lessley, who is helping me to update and reinstate my automobile insurance policy. Her kind, patient and helpful manner has been incredibly helpful to me in a stressful time."
