"I worked with Alex to transfer a policyholder from NC to CA. Since NC has strict laws regarding when the policy can be transferred and when the plates have to be turned in, Alex and I had to make sure we communicated well together and with the policyholders to make sure they didn't get a fine from the NC DMV."
