"*Update* Respectfully Kevin, Alex did not do his best. There is nothing wrong with collecting data if it's needed. Basic customer services means 1. he would explain why he is asking me for the information if it is needed but instead he declined to offer a quote or explain. 2. I was not unwilling to chat further about this with Alex. He refused to continue the conversation by letting me know your office would not provide me the information I was requesting even when I asked for recommendations. 3. I did not want the cheapest possible rate. Please don't create a narrative that just isn't true. I asked for a quote on minimum coverage and also asked for recommendations for coverage which Alex declined to provide. A quote wasn't able to be delivered because your team failed to provide basic customer service and refused to. Not because I was uncooperative. *Original Experience* My recent experience while requesting an auto insurance quote through this office was not great. I was contacted by Alex Villalobos on behalf of Kevin Beach. Unfortunately, the interaction left me disappointed and concerned about the level of professionalism I encountered. During our conversation, Mr. Villalobos repeatedly interrupted and spoke over me, making it difficult to express my questions or concerns. He was condescending in tone and unwilling to provide a quote for the minimum coverage required in the State of California--despite my clear and polite request. Instead, he insisted on discussing higher levels of coverage. When I explained that I wanted to compare quotes based on minimum coverage from different providers, he stated that their office would not assist me under those circumstances. When I asked what level of coverage he would recommend, he did not answer. Instead, he asked how much I currently pay for insurance, which I chose not to disclose. I then reiterated my request for a recommendation or a quote, but he again declined to help. The conversation felt dismissive and unnecessarily combative. At times, it came across as though my request was not being taken seriously--particularly as a woman simply seeking transparent information. I am disappointed by the lack of courtesy and support I received."
